When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us due to an incorrect shipping address, you will be issued a refund for the product less the 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.
In the case that your package is lost or damaged in transit, customers are responsible to file the claim with the mail carrier. Ella&Levi Glamour Factory WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES AFTER IT IS DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED WITH THE ORDER.
SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES
Please note, any dates provided on-site and in other marketing communications are to be used as guidance only. Ella&Levi Glamour Factory does not guarantee order delivery dates and is not responsible for carrier processing delays. All elglamfactory.com orders are subject to processing and handling times; we will do our best to get your order processed as fast as possible and handed off to our chosen carrier.
Our shipping carrier does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes.
APO/FPO and PO Box orders will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail, please allow 10 to 12 business days for delivery. Due to USPS shipping regulations, certain restricted products cannot ship to these locations.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail (no PO Box/APO/FPO addresses), plus an additional surcharge will be applied; please allow 10 to 12 business days for delivery. Due to USPS shipping regulations, certain restricted products cannot ship to Alaska and Hawaii using USPS Priority Mail. Orders containing any Restricted Products will instead be shipped using standard USPS, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
We do not ship outside the U.S. currently (with the exception of APO/FPO addresses and the U.S. territories).

Order Cancellations & Modifications
If you would like to cancel an order, please send an email to elglamfactorycare@gmail.com immediately. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and may not be able to accommodate your request but will be happy to work with you until it is resolved.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel single items from an order. If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will be refunded for any canceled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a canceled order, please send an email to elglamfactorycare@gmail.com.
If you need to update your shipping address, please send an email to elglamfactorycare@gmail.com immediately.
Returns
We want you to love your Ella&Levi Glamour Factory Products, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to elglamfactorycare@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Simply return the gently used portion, and we will be happy to provide a refund for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping.
To return a product, please send an email to elglamfactorycare@gmail.com and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. We recommend that you send your return or exchange via FedEx, UPS, or USPS’s insured Parcel Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please keep the tracking information for your package in case it is needed.
Once your return is received, please allow up to three (3) business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a return confirmation email once your refund has been processed; the amount will be posted to your bank account within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item(s) plus sales tax. Returns for orders paid by gift cards will be processed to a new gift card that will be emailed to the customer’s original email. If your return has been rejected after inspection, we will notify you via email.
